Following our trip to Kenya last week we are urgently looking for qualified physiotherapists and occupational therapists for the special needs school that we have worked with for years.
They have recently lost their qualified local resource and now have no way of offering therapy to the 50 children who need it. Finding them an interim resource would be of huge benefit to the children, many of whom board at the school specifically to get access to the therapy they require.
There is a reasonable level of equipment and space available for use. This would be an excellent opportunity for a qualified therapist wanting to take on responsibility for these children. We have other volunteers (unqualified) who will be able to provide support and assistance to a therapist.
